At Sobrew, we want you to love every cup of coffee you brew. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
☕ Coffee & Consumables

Because our coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sobrew.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
📦 Merchandise & Non-Consumables

Non-consumable items (such as mugs, apparel, or brewing equipment) may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
