Sobrew Return & Refund Policy

At Sobrew, we want you to love every cup of coffee you brew. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Coffee & Consumables

  • Because our coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sobrew.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

📦 Merchandise & Non-Consumables

  • Non-consumable items (such as mugs, apparel, or brewing equipment) may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
