📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $40.

  • For orders under $40, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

  • Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.


🌍 International Shipping

  • At this time, Sobrew ships only within the United States.

  • We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.


📌 Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been processed.


🛑 Shipping Issues

  • Sobrew is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed off to the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sobrew.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
