Sobrew Purchase & Cancellation Policy

At Sobrew, we work hard to ensure your orders are processed quickly and your coffee arrives fresh. Please review our purchase and cancellation terms below.


🛒 Order Placement

  • All purchases made through sobrew.com are final once confirmed at checkout.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

  • Payment is processed at the time of purchase.


❌ Order Cancellations

  • Because our products are perishable and orders are processed quickly, cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@sobrew.com with your order number.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


🔄 Changes to Orders

  • Requests for changes (such as shipping address updates) must also be submitted within 1 hour of purchase.

  • After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications.


📦 Refused or Undeliverable Orders

  • Orders that are refused or returned to Sobrew due to incorrect address information will not be refunded.

  • If you need help updating your address, please contact us right away after purchase.


🛑 Non-Returnable Items

  • All coffee and other consumable items are non-returnable once shipped (see our Return Policy for details).

  • Merchandise such as apparel or mugs may be eligible for return under our standard return process.
