At Sobrew, we work hard to ensure your orders are processed quickly and your coffee arrives fresh. Please review our purchase and cancellation terms below.
🛒 Order Placement

All purchases made through sobrew.com are final once confirmed at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase.
❌ Order Cancellations

Because our products are perishable and orders are processed quickly, cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@sobrew.com with your order number.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
🔄 Changes to Orders

Requests for changes (such as shipping address updates) must also be submitted within 1 hour of purchase.

After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications.
📦 Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Orders that are refused or returned to Sobrew due to incorrect address information will not be refunded.

If you need help updating your address, please contact us right away after purchase.
🛑 Non-Returnable Items

All coffee and other consumable items are non-returnable once shipped (see our Return Policy for details).

Merchandise such as apparel or mugs may be eligible for return under our standard return process.
